Baldwin Park is located 3 miles from the center of downtown Orlando and is adjacent to Winter Park. The Baldwin Park Village Center is the “downtown" element in one of the largest infill master-planned communities under development in the City of Orlando. The site was formally used as a Naval Training Base.

The 54-net acre Village Center includes 250,000 s.f. of retail space, 230,000 s.f. of office space and over 1,100 residential units. Within the Village, there are a variety of restaurants, shops, and neighborhood retail, including a grocery store.
