This 2-acre urban plaza and park is the heart of the new town center of the FishHawk Ranch community in southeastern Hillsborough County. AVID Design Studio created the concept for a state-of-the art and unique pedestrian experience designed to promote utilization of the new adjoining 35,000 square feet of retail shops and offices.

Features of the park include an outdoor amphitheater, an interactive musical performance fountain, an outdoor living room with fireplace and plasma television. Perhaps the most unique feature is the use of extensive fiber optic lighting throughout the park in the pavements, fountains and the amphitheater.
