This project consists of 38.4± acres of commercial development located at Park Boulevard and 113th Street in the City of Seminole, Florida. The site was previously the Seminole Mall that was closed down prior to the commencement of construction. Major tenants at the site include Bealls, Five Below, Stein Mart, Kirkland's, LA Fitness, Petco, & Studio Movie Grill. Construction began on the project in October of 2015.
