AVID Group^® has recently been awarded contracts for the design of amenities for two new Pasco County residential developments. AVID Group^® will provide landscape architecture and civil engineering services for the Stonebridge residential community for Chapel Creek Community Development District. The 900-home development will feature a 12-acre amenity that includes an aquatic facility and other recreational services. AVID Group^® will also design the entry feature for this new development.
 
AVID Group^® will provide landscape architecture services at the 7,000-acre Bexley Park residential community for Newland Communities. AVID Group^® will design community center amenities for the 12-acre facility as well as a lagoon pool, lap and volleyball pool, and a unique water slide.
