Michael Costello is a Professional Civil Engineer with twenty-four years of consulting experience in the land development and redevelopment field. He has provided highly successful consulting services to numerous clients in the public and private sectors over the past 20+ years, with proven leadership skills and an ability to build rapport with clients, employees, and co-workers.

Mr. Costello received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Rutgers University in 2001. He also received certifications in Stormwater Management and Regulations, Rutgers University; Communication, Time Management and Leadership, Mercer County Community College; Green Associates Exam Seminar, USGBC; Septic System Design, Hunterdon County.

Mr. Costello is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of New Jersey.
