Services provided include Planning, Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Traffic Engineering, Water Resources and Construction Coordination.

AVID Group^® was awarded the Commercial Outparcel at Lakewood Ranch and SR 64 in Manatee County. The project scope includes design and permitting for a 17,300 square foot commercial retail and restaurant establishment. Services provided include construction plan preparation and permitting, traffic engineering services, design studio landscape and irrigation plans.
